RETAILER'S GUIDE



Terms and other things you need to know:
⦁    There are two ways to sell load :
⦁    Thru text using your mobile phones.
⦁    Online using Loadcentral webtool. (⦁    https://loadcetral.net)
⦁    FL/SL password
⦁    First level password – is the text password you set in your mobile.
⦁    Second level password-is your webtool password
NOTE: mobile password and webtool password are not the same. For first-time retailer, your default password for both mobile and webtool password is 123456. You need to change this once you received a confirmation that you are now a registered retailer. Once you changed your mobile password, your webtool password will still be in a default password and you still need to change it for security purposes.
⦁    Load central access numbers – this is where you will text all your transactions (selle load, reset online password, unlock webtool, reset mobile password). Just text either of the numbers.
NOTE: Do not reply to the numbers that will reply to your transactions. Always do your transactions either of the numbers below.

⦁    Account number of loadcentral : This is where you will deposit for you load wallet. Minimum is 500 pesos.
NOTE: Deposit verification schedules are as follows:
Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturdays : 9:00 am to 12:00 noon




To verify your payment, send a text message to 0928 508 3355 with the following message below. I only got sample for BPI bank :
 DEP<space><fullname><coma><retailer#><coma><bankname><coma><branchaddress><branchcode><coma><datedeposit><coma><timedeposit>




You will then receive a text message:
“Your wallet was loaded with 1000 by LoadCentral. New wallet balance: xxxx Ref:xxxxx”

HOW TO GUIDE :
NOTE    : Make sure you have a load for every transactions. For you to be able save, just register to a text to all network promos offered by your network.
⦁    How to sell load  thru text :
TYPE :

Globe Amax Other (P15 - P150) -   GMXMAX
if your customer wants to buy load 15 or other amount that is not specified in the product list, that means you need to used (example globe) the above product. Just type : GMXMAX15, or GMXMAX20 or GMXMAX150 then send to loadcentral access #
⦁    How to Change your mobile password :
NOTE: Resetting/unlocking of password is from 9am to 6pm. Make sure to login your account immediately, because it will locked after 15 mins from the time you requested to UNLOCK it. For security purposed.

TYPE :

⦁    How to Unlock your webtool :
NOTE: Resetting/unlocking of password is from 9am to 6pm. Make sure to login your account immediately, because it will locked after 15 mins from the time you requested to UNLOCK it. For security purpose.

NOTE: once unlocked, you need to immediately login your account on the webtool before 15mins, because it will be locked after the time limit given for security purpose.

⦁    How to sell load using webtool
STEP 1: GO TO
https://loadcentral.net
NOTE: For retailers who are first time to login, please use your default password. your webtool password and text password or what we call FL password, are not the same. Even if you already changed your password thru text, you still need to use your default password if it is your first time to login to your webtool.


 STEP 2: type your number. Make sure to use 63 not 0 and then your default password if it’s your first time to login you webtool. Make sure that once you logged in, you have to change your password.
      

STEP 3: Once you are logged in, click on the eload products w/c can be seen on the left side. Then under the product dropdown, select a product you would like to sell.
Make sure you provide all important fields:
Buyer’s No – customer’s mobile number.
Quantity – How many of this product you want to sell to the buyer’s no.
Option – this is optional. Example of the product like Globe amax other, you need to specify in this field the amount of load you want to sell to the customer. If it’s 20 pesos, then type it in the option field 20.
